Driving thru, not local. Needed gas, really had to use bathroom and wanted a drink.nLet me start with the bad to end on positive note.nI’m in the bathroom I hear screaming, thru the walls and clear as day washing my hands. It’s a woman screaming saying you called me a b word. Hesitant I walk out and the person screaming is a staff member. Apparently the man had choice words for the worker who didn’t have his ID. The staff member did her job yes, but in a very ill manner. This woman needs some direction on customer service skills, taunting a customer “go ahead and call her on Monday” I think her managers name is Kim. That’s how far the taunting went. On a positive note the bathroom was clean. Let’s just say I did nothing g more than go to the bathroom. Made me very uncomfortable. Good luck.

I just left Chuckles and had to take time to post a review. The gentleman working the counter was so friendly, helpful, and polite! It was obvious he took great pride in his job and my kids and I left smiling. It was 3 am and you don't always see friendly faces behind the counter at gas stations at this hour. I wish I'd gotten his name to let his manager know! Thank you!

All cashiers ask for ID on tobacco sales even if you're over 40. Apparently do not know their own laws. One lazy stain asks you to remove your ID so he can scan because typing in the date is hard. I used to go here often but won't be back, a mile further to Circle K totally worth it. Weather isn't good enough to drive home for ID then back.

Where's 24 hours in this place. Oh I can't get cigarettes from walking distance. Poor management like the liquor store. Can't get cigarettes and stuff just because I got a little shave on my face and my ID picture don't match. Jimtown can blow me
