I went on Thanksgiving I arrived 7 minutes before closing time and the doors were already locked I checked in advance of the closing time was picking up one item so I made the trip to ensure I would have time to purchase before closing time.

So rude! My daughter’s prescription wasn’t ready even though the doctor’s office had called it in hours before I arrived. The pharmacist then said that it wasn’t filled because it was too soon, so insurance wouldn’t cover it. I told her that I would pay for it out of pocket if that was the case. She then said that it actually did “go through”, so insurance would cover it, and I could get it tomorrow. I reiterated that I needed it tonight for my daughter, which is why the doctor’s office called it in. She said, “We are only open four more minutes.” I said okay...not seeing the problem. She was then irritated and started questioning if my daughter had lost the medication and/or WHY she needed it already. If it’s prescribed by our doctor, who is this woman to question a medication? It is a routine medication, NOT a controlled substance or a drug that is hot on the streets. This seems so unethical and unprofessional.

The pharmacy techs and staff are so rude. The elderly woman with tattoos of chains on her hands waited on us today at the window pick up. She was not even civil to us, much less polite! She was dour and argumentative with us. If you a picking up a prescription for pain medication, they treat you as if you were a junky, trying to score! Today, had a script filled that they quoted at $88. Meier’s has it for $12! Rip off and rude!

The pharmacy is so rude. I went to pick up an INHALER. I called the automated thing to refill my prescription the night before and was told it’d be ready at 11 am the next day. I went at 4:30pm to get it and the lady with the hand tattoo told me she didn’t have it and said “it’s not my problem, call your doctor” and slammed the window shut. I’ve never been so mad. Unprofessional.
