Waiting 10 minutes for someone to show up at the cashier. Left my stuff and walked out. No wonder this location is high thef store.
They never answer your phone calls in a normal time frame. I feel like they make you wait on hold long enough to where you just hang up so they don't half to deal with you. On top of that, Never have my medicine in stock! And seem to forget to fill the meds and make you wait even longer! This place is a joke! And I'm done! From now will go else where!
Turned in my prescription for a refill on Monday, here it is Wednesday evening & it's still not filled. Waiting on hold for 15 minutes to talk to the pharmacy & no one would answer. Finally gave up. I'll be using Walgreens from now on. CVS North park is ridiculous. This has not been my first bad experience with them either.
If I could give zero stars I would. I had a billing issue and the staff were very rude, and when it was fixed I was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. When I came in literally 45 minutes later I was told that the prescription was not ready. And it would be 10 more minutes. Then I talked to someone else and it had been ready the entire time. Even if it hadn’t been ready, the techs were in the pharmacy on their phones talking about people and their new babies and who had just had them. Very unprofessional and nothing will get done that way. I have been at this pharmacy 2 months and I will be transferring again. I would rather drive 20 minutes extra than deal with this pharmacy again.
My mother just moved into the neighborhood. We have been extremely disappointed in the service at this CVS compared to other CVS stores. Her prescriptions have not been ready when they have had hours to prepare them. We will not be returning to this one anymore.
