We couldn’t have asked for better service!! My husband found his dream car on their lot...and by the next day, he was driving it. Bill took care of everything...and all the docs were ready for us to sign and drive when we got there. Honestly, the best service we’ve had during a car buying experience ever! Highly recommend the Lux team!!!

What an amazing experience!!!!!nWe travelled 3.5 hours to get to Lux, and we’d do it again and again !!! Matthew (our salesman) reached out prior to our visit to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted. Russell (the sales manager) buttoned everything up quickly and efficiently. They were the dream team !!!! We would / will definitely recommend LUX and their amazing staff.

Lux Motors never fails to impress me. The first time I went to them I had unestablished credit, & was looking to get rid of my car that I'd owned for years. I was simply checking out different dealerships. I did not expect to walk away from Lux Motors with an upgraded car & with no co-signer at that. Especially with their calibre of inventory. This was a year ago & here we are a year later & they've done it again. I went back to them to see if I could get into something nicer. I tried not to expect much, so as not to get my hopes up. Yet again I should've known better, because I am now in a car that I never would've thought possible. They truly are a wonderful dealership. If you are searching for a place that will do their utmost to make things happen, I highly recommend them. Phil & Russell especially. Top notch guys! You want quality, go to Lux!

Bill definitely made my experience with lux amazing he was kind and funny, able to hold a conversation also and Dosent pressure you into anything. His manors are great and makes you feel like a friend rather than a client. The absolute best service I’ve had with any dealership. He is the reason I’ll be coming back whenever I’m ready for something else!

Best car buying experience ever. Nick was amazing on was on top of every detail. This was also an out of state delivery bought sight unseen. But with Nicks help of videos and descriptions the car buying experience and car were and have been incredible. Thanks team Lux, especially Nick
