Where do I begin? Mr. Carter was very professional and explained every detail of the processes. But what I liked the most was that he didn’t try and up sale me. I have an older system and I thought for sure I was going to have to spend hundreds on replacing it with a new one. That was not the case! He told me my system was still good and I would be able to keep it. That is integrity which is hard to find these days in a business or in a person for that matter!!
