Great customer service.nThe prices are reasonable.

Employee said I would receive a 20% discount if I set up a rewards card, I put in all my private info then was told it was “under review” and I couldn’t get the discount. After wasting time and giving them all my info.

I love this store. I visit this store at least 3 times a week, if not more, and I spend a lot of my money there. With that being said, I’ve legitimately never had a positive customer service experience at the location. Never. The two older blonde women that obviously run the store and extremely rude and unapproachable. They obviously do not want to be bothered by customers. They are too busy walking around with foul attitudes and looks on their faces. The younger one the two is just awful... she always has a bad attitude and just a bad overall energy. Some of sales staff are very nice, but management kills the experience for me. If you work in retail, especially if you make a career out of it, you should have a good attitude towards customers and provide good service.

Probably the WORST customer service I’ve ever had in my life. One of the employees was being extremely rude and talking out loud about being irritated. After she lashed out on a few girls in the dressing room I asked to talk to the manager but turns out...she was the manager. I can’t believe that they let a MANAGER treat customers like that. Girl, if you don’t like customer service or your job than get into something else! Maybe work at home so you don’t have to interact with anyone. :)
