Standing in line for 20 minutes while I watch at least 3 customer reps come and go with merchandise to stock on the shelves. If you can’t respect my time then you don’t deserve my business. This was gonna be 1 star, but their prices aren’t bad, so it’s 2 stars. Customer service here blows.

Nice and helpful

What High Schooler doesn't need to at least look at what is at Hollister to see if they can find it elsewhere. Ended up tube tops where less at Hollister. Who would have thought?

I was very Happy to find some Jean's that actually fit me... they have low rise Jean's and Jean's made for short people like me and cute ...Love this store ..
