Torrid

Very disappointed. I feel extremely taken advantage of. I went into the store and found 2 shirts I liked on the buy one get one free rack. I then found a pair of jeans I liked as well. When I went to go pay the ladies said “oh you can get another item for our 50% off bogo.” I went and found a pair of work pants. I confirmed the shirts were buy one get one and the pmts were buy one get one 50% off. She said yes. The price seemed high but I took my bag and left. When I got home I looked at the receipt and realized not only did I pay for both of the shirts but the pants did not add up to buy one get one 50% off. When I called the store on 8.21 the lady told me that because I got an extra pair of pants the item count didn’t allow for the free item. I asked for the shirt to be free as advertised and they said no. I will be returning all items and they have lost a $200 sale for being deceitful and not honoring their sales as advertised.
