Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Had just what I was looking for and spent time talking over different options with me so I could make an educated purchase. Glad to be able to support a local business and feel like I got a great product at a fair price.

They have good prices and products. Unfortunately, the workers behind the skateboard counter don't seem to have experience with skateboarding and give bad information as a result. I was told that grip tape the exact width of a board will fit, which is not the case unless one can apply the sheet of grip with robot-like precision. I wish they hired skaters who knew this stuff.

I love this place. I have been there a couple of times and helped by different staff members. All very helpful and nice. Can't wait till my next visit.

I’ve made many purchases from Tactics online, and the weird thing was I had no idea they were from MY hometown (Go Ducks!!) of Eugene, Oregon. Their selection is awesome, fair prices and regular sales, and Jeremy is an awesome dude. And I always get my stuff faster than I get stuff I order from Amazon. Keep it up guys, and way to represent the EUG!
