We shopped here for the first time 11/28. Great first experience. Staff was friendly and very helpful in offering products that would suit our preferences. Prices are competitive and selection is good, they have a pretty good variety of items. Will be back for another shopping spree soon!

The manager of this store is AMAZING! Super helpful and so sweet, I bought shoes and I thought they were too small and wanted to exchange them but couldn’t. Instead of just telling me no and sending me on my way she actually gave me some super helpful tips on how to make them fit better! She’s definitely amazing and I’m definitely going back!

This is my favorite toy store chain, however this exact one not so much. Just kinda needed to grab some gel on our way back to our parking spot for the evening!

Disappointing, unsatisfactory, no integrity ud83dude23nNever really got good vibes from the sketchy outward appearance seemed like your typical adult shop but figure I'd give it a shot. Initially it was your typical retail experience I was greeted while the lady manager was conducting an interview. I said I was browsing mainly looking for clean lube. I was checked on a couple times and the manager showed me a couple products. One in particular was a size specific item that wasn't explained to me. Even when I called to seek return/store credit (which they don't do but also don't verbally tell you. You find out later when you look at the receipt you're pretty much screwed) When I called the store it may have been the same woman but not sure. She agreed that a silicone product should have some stretch but all she could do was give me the manufacturer's website (which is so condescending since I could've done that easily myself). I figured a company dealing with adults would act as such and not leave you high and dry with a product you can't use. I get cash refunds for the nature of the business is a thing but they should at least do store credit and stand behind their pricey items. Either way it was a learning experience and by the way the manufacturer couldn't do anything either and feel as though the shop had to know that.nnGo to Castle!
