I called them with a dead battery, or what I thought was a dead alternator. They were able to get my car in the next day, had no issues with after hours drop off or pick up. They were great at communicating the issue with my vehicle and getting it running again. I feel like it was a good value for the service. I will absolutely use them in the future. Joe's Garage (a local family owned business) was recommended by a friend. I needed an oil change after a cross country trip. They were courteous, efficient and very professional. Spotted a couple things I needed (which I had completed a couple days later). The staff seemed supportive and respectful of each other. The even had a couple female technicians (yeah equality!). I was very satisfied with the costs. No hard sell, no fear based upgrade offers. They presented their observations regarding my vehicles needs and let me decide. I definitely recommend checking them out.

Other than some uncertainty about the kind of oil (they put it in last time, so I assumed they had the info about the kind of oil they used) the service was fast, gracious, and I immediately received a detailed report of what was done, what scheduled service is upcoming, and potential concerns to consider.nThorough and reasonably priced.nThe paragraph above is my review from my previous service visit.nSame quality, though I prefer to know what problem was identified, and any cost associated with repairing it before the repair is done.

Recommend by a coworker. Looks like most of people I work with who are not a DIY type are customers at Joe’s Garage. They have different opinions on a lot of things, but are surprisingly unanimous when it comes to “oh, no, I need it fixed ASAP w/o overpaying, where do I go?” answer.nnBeen there for brakes replacement, driver’s car door not unlocking from the inside the car, car alarm going off randomly and other fun stuff.nDefinitely recommend this place.

Had to have my brakes looked at and everything was great! Dropped my car off in the morning and received updates throughout the day via phone and email. It made it really easy for someone who is not terribly knowledgeable about cars to understand what needed to be done. They did a great job!
