This place is great, especially Mike and Edgar. Mike installed an aux connection on my car, and was super helpful in explaining the components to me. Edgar walked me thru various options and price points for what I wanted done. They finished on time and have an amazing shuttle service where they will drop you somewhere while you wait for your car to be worked on. The real clincher was that when I needed to have the aux connection moved to another part of my dash, Mike was so kind and didn’t charge me for the adjustment. I’d give Mike 20 stars if I could!
They used inadequately sized power wire, the ground has two small screws put in at an angle instead of one properly sized screw/bolt. They also damaged my positive battery terminal because they didn't understand how it worked in such a new car. Overall I won't be returning for further business.
Always a great experience at Brad's Car Tunes. Been coming here for my audio and security needs since 2004. Brad and Shane are super nice and extremely knowledgeable.
Very quick service and friendly shane was amazing got in me and out quick got a remote start and got me a estimate on getting my windows tinted.i highly recommend this place
