I have used Old Dominion about 6 times over the past 15 years. I insist on getting my car repaired there. My car always turns out beautiful. The staff is super nice. It can take time to get in and it can take time to get it fixed. I have a second car so it is no issue. I will continue to use them in the future. My experience with Old Dominion was amazing from the first time I walked into the front office to the point of picking up my car. They were very professional and kept me up to date while my car was being repaired. Getting text messages from them during the process was very nice!! When I picked up my car I was given a very thorough walk through. They also cleaned my car inside and out and how can you not love being given a rose at time of pick up. I would highly recommend them!!!
