The folks at Randall's Automotive are without a doubt, one of the BEST AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR BUSINESS'S IN LANE COUNTY ! We appreciate your honest work ethic and superior customer service. One part was delayed a day, Randall's called us to know it was going to be the following day before our vehicle was going to be done. I didn't have to call and check on them. THIS IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We will definitely be using them in the future with our business and personal vehicles!!nWe had our vehicle in a different dealership repair business, received a horrendous estimate and decided to go to our business dealership who recommended Randall's automotive for the work that was needing done as our dealership would like to have the business but Randall's is where they would have taken our Mazda. Randall's found more going on then originally thought and it was less out of pocket and more work was performed from our original estimate! IF YOU WANT HONESTY IN AUTO REPAIR, DONT LOOK ANY FURTHER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO RANDALL'S AUTOMOTIVE!!

This is the best shop I’ve ever worked with. They’re honest, loving, and won’t take advantage of your lack of knowledge when it comes to cars. This is hands down the best place you can go to. Thank you for always taking care of me! ❤ufe0f

They fixed the car quickly. (Fuel filter + relay) They also added extra parts (new battery, sensor, etc). I was fairly sure my car didn't need a new fuel pump, so I cancelled that operation. I was able to negotiate a more reasonable price.
