It’s hard to find a good auto repair shop. Bill and Gary’s is the best I’ve been to in long time. I have a 2011 Prius and they check everything and their work on it has been great these last 4 years I’ve gone to them. They only do what’s best for your car and they don’t do extra stuff you don’t need like some places. They are friendly and they take time to explain things.

Quality of workmanship is flawless. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Pricing is great. They do brakes, tune ups, diagnosis, suspension and much more. We trust this shop 100%.

They have changed ownership within the last couple years. At first this concerned me, but i have come to realize that in some ways they are doing a better job than Bill and Gary. Mainly the new owners have been more organized which in turn gets the problem fixed approximately 20% faster. They are very thorough and do a great job of explaining the problem and the needed fix.nMy only complaint would be to communicate a little better when you will be closing for the holidays. We had a breakdown and surely would have had the tow truck leave our van on the lot had we known when and if they were coming back. Maybe next time a note on the door declaring you are sneaking away for the holidays but will be back on such and such day.nPs. I hope they had an awesome Christmas and New Year's. They work very hard and deserve any break they can get.

Belated review, but these guys are the best. I felt comfortable and taken care of. Honest, fair, and trustworthy- they even helped me figure out a pile of work i needed done without pressuring me to DO IT ALL NOW YOU MUST. i will never go anywhere else while i live in eugene

Good honest mechanics, which is hard to find. They charge a lot for parts, so provide your own if possible, but their labor is good quality.
