I had a wonderful experience as a first time buyer at this lot. It being my first time, I had a small amount of input on what I wanted but didn’t know how to find the car for me. Michael was incredibly helpful and extremely patient in helping to walk me through the process and in what seemed like no time, he helped me to get approved and helped me to find the right vehicle for me. Thank you to all of the Lou Glutz crew members and big kudos to you Michael. I won’t go anywhere else for vehicles in the future; you all rock!

Michael was quick and polite. He quickly got me an answer on whether or not I could get a loan and was very helpful when looking at the car. Even picked me up from the Amtrak station since I had to come from Portland.

Was a really easy experience. They let me do my own thing and never pressured me to get a car. Answered every question I had, and was very easy going. As an extreme introvert, this was easily the most comfortable I've ever been car shopping. (Also great prices)
