The Service Advisors alway take good care of me and my vehicle. I always feel safe on the road. They are not pushy, always considerate. Always leave the decision up to me. They explain everything in detail so that I can make a clear decision on what I need done. I'm a very happy customer and will always take my vehicle to them!!!

I was very happy with the quick response from your sales rep. Gaston. He was able to find the car I wanted within days. He was always very responsive to all my questions and keeping me updated on the cars arrival. Michael was very good at explaining all my options for extended warranty and was able to find a lower interest rate than we could find. I would defiantly purchase again from Kendall Cadillac.

The service provided by kendall was good as always, however the service of Cadillac themselves is horrible. We have had many problems with our car leaking water into the cabin and the headlights. I had looked into replacing the headlight assemblies before Cadillac sent out this letter stating that they would cover it up to $1,600. Then doubling the price they charge for the headlight assemblies, it will still cost me the same amount to fix the leaking headlights. I am disappointed that Cadillac chose to insulte my intelligence in this manner. Because of their lack of taking responsibility for their faulty product, I and looking to sell my Cadillac and I will never purchase another one. Cadillac has a broken moral compass and no integrity.
