I worked with Eric Johnson and Jacob Hunter at Kendall Chevrolet in Eugene, Oregon. From the outset I was made to feel comfortable. I was not kicking tires, I was looking to make a purchase. Eric was very patient, informative and clear during the entire process of the sale. No pressure applied. He was there to help whether I found something I liked or not.nWe negotiated a deal that seemed to be good for me and for Kendall so I think it was a win-win. We weren't ambushed as soon as we got out of our vehicle, we were able to look at a few vehicles before Ronnie (our Awesome salesman) approached us. Then after asking just the right questions and actually LISTENING to our answers, he was able to guide us in the right direction...to the trucks that fit our spoken desires. We truly weren't going to buy a truck that day, just wanted to see what they had...but after Ronnie was so great, no big high pressure to buy and he had our DREAM truck right there! We went in a week before to just look at cars. It was nice that no one rushed towards us to being with. Andrew Brown was walking through and asked if we would like to look more inside vehicles to get a better idea of what we want. We waited one week and came back to test drive our Ford Edge that we feel in love with at a very good price. The buying of the car was very easy and straight forward. If I had to buy another car here in the future I would. Friendly and helpful people.
