I was extremely pleased with my experience and purchase of my vehicle and BMW of Eugene. From the moment I showed interest, the details on their website, the knowledge and helpfulness of Samuel Hill, and his patience showing me so many vehicles, it’s clear that these aren’t your stereotypical car salesmen of the past. I am so thankful. These are professionals who are willing to sit down and do the research of finding you the right car for your lifestyle and budget. I would recommend them to anyone.

One of my best experiences finding vehicle here at BMW of Eugene. It was a last minute thing, I got there late an talk to Jan zaborowski who stayed with me even throw after work hours an Austin Pounders the financial manager to finish my paperworks!! I enjoyed my time and didn't expect this type of customer service it was pretty much unexpected but overall I got the SUV that I Wanted for me and my little family ❤ufe0f!! My kids loved to the long drive back home. Thanks again Jan & Austin for everything!!

This BMW dealership is the best dealership I have ever worked with! I purchased an X5 out of state and Jennifer Pasquini was top notch and bent over backwards to help me get it done. I highly recommend her if you shop there. She is awesome!

We had an excellent purchase experience at BMW Eugene. My wife shopped online for months to find the perfect car for her. She considered Mercedes, Lincoln, Platinum Explorer, loaded Chevy Tahoe, etc. Nothing compared to blend of Luxury, Performance, Quality, Styling, and Technology of the BMW X5 50i.nThe staff at BMW Eugene were responsive and respectful in their many communications with her.nWe got a beautiful automobile at a superb price from attentive professionals; that's the definition of a Good Deal!

One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had! Cameron was personable, yet professional. I never felt pressured or like I was being 'sold' something. Management was enjoyable to chat with. We even ran into the service manager who gave us excellent tips on caring for our car. We will be taking it to BMW of Eugene for all service because working with them was a great experience! In the end, we feel good about our purchase because we feel like we got a great deal on a great car! Thank you BMW of Eugene!
