Lithia Nissan of Eugene

We were in Eugene visiting relatives; we live in Bakersfield, California. Late in the day, just one day before we were heading back home my wife noticed a high-pitched squeal from under the hood. We took the vehicle to the Eugene Nissan dealer, probably arriving around 3:30 in the afternoon. They did a quick diagnosis and fixed the problem, all before closing, and the cost for repairs seemed reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful too. I was quite happy about the service I received, and that they were able to get me in ASAP.

I went in looking for a used car and my salesman, Billy, was extremely helpful. After not really finding anything, Jesse, the new car sales manager got me into a brand new Nissan Sentra 3-year lease. It has a 360-Safety package which is perfect after my car was totalled by a head-on collision!nI would definitely recommend Lithia Nissan of Eugene, and I will return there for the service on my car!

I've been there several times, got my car there, and staff have been relatively helpful. Got brushed off once or twice but it's ok.nBut I would recommend going in later during the day because usually that's when there's less wait time.nI had an appointment at 10:30 a.m. for a software update, and my car sat there for an hour before they took a look at it, and that took another half an hour+ to finish.........

I took my car in for an oil change and forgot to mention that my check tire light was on. After a few minutes waiting in the waiting room I remembered and went in to let them know and as I was starting to say it the guy said “your tire light?”, I already wrote it down for them to take care of it because I noticed it when I checked the mileage. He has always been really nice and so are the other guys there in the repair/ service area. Good team!!!

Purchased a car from Lithia Nissan a little over a month ago. Have had a couple issues with the car since then and the sales and service department have not been helpful at all. The salesman did not return my phone call or texts after the sale. After speaking with the service manager and alerting him of the situation he worked to resolve the issue I was having with the vehicle. Just got my vehicle back today and the issues are resolved. The service manager was much better to work with then salesman.
