My husband and I just purchased a nee Subaru Outback from Andrew Arnold at Kendall Subaru and we are now life long customers. Andrew was very patient, genuine and not pushy at all. He took time to answer all our questions and show us multiple options. He also spent 30 minutes instructing us how to use everything in the car! The entire team there is wonderful, from the friendly faces that help open the doors, to Randy, the wonderful finance guy (which you never say about finance guys). The process was smooth, quick but thorough. We highly recommend Andrew and the team there.

We just purchase a 2021 Subaru Forester Sport from Andrew Arnold. He is very personable, knowledgeable and friendly. The car came in the day before with the packages that we wanted and Andrew reserved it for me to see the following day. Great experience and highly recommend him. Dealt with another dealership and still waiting for a response after 5 days. Andrew answered the same day. Although we live 60 miles away, this is my Subaru dealership that I will recommend.

I had an amazing testing and car buying experience with Andrew Arnold and Randy Joe at Kendall Subaru in Eugene. At another dealership earlier this summer, I had a rough day with a pushy sales team that didn't listen to my car needs nor accept my polite refusals for further contact over the following three weeks. So I went into the appointment with Andrew with quite a bit of trepidation but I needn't have worried. It was wonderful to have someone listen to what I needed and what I was wanting to match from my old car, he found the answers to all my questions. I never once felt pushed or bowled over, even when I came back two hours later to check on something else in the car and then still went home to think some more and about another color. Andrew was more than ready to keep his eye open for my perfect car. It was the wonderful customer service that made me know that this was THE car. The right deal for what I needed, amazing financing and even a few laughable memories thrown in, it was a grand adventure! Andrew and Randy, thank you so very, very much! The process of buying a car with the Kendall team yesterday was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Specifically I worked with Lonisa, Tim, Cody and was introduced to Richard. I so appreciate how friendly and knowledgeable everyone was! I was surprised that the deal doesn’t end after everything is signed at the dealership and they have a team member specifically there to help educate and show off all the cool things of the new car.
