Kiefer Mazda is the best place to buy a new car in town! Carlena was super awesome and worked with us diligently to help us get into the car we wanted. Its a long story, but the first car we picked out for my wife wasn't going to be sufficient for us. They were able to get us into a 2017 MAZDA CX5 for practically the same price! Fadi hooked me up with a new 2020 MAZDA 6 Touring. We love our new Mazdas and their team treated us like family.

I must say I was pretty unhappy after buying a car and only getting one key. I was told that's all it came with. If I wanted 2 I had to pay $300 - $500 - FOR A KEY. April and Dustin went out of their way to make me happy, they were excellent and Dustin procured me a second key at no cost. Well done Dustin and April.

ONCE AGAIN!! Found the exact vehicle I was looking for. Came in with my CX-9 for a complimentary oil change and inspection, left with a new vehicle I highly desired! Great service when buying a car. But once you start having maintenance problems, customer care goes out the window. The service department takes no responsibility what so ever. Not to mention their safety inspection for USED cars isn't the best. Just less than a month we had to bring in the car 3-5 times cause it kept shutting off while driving. At this point we plan to trade in the car at another dealership whom actually puts customer first instead of their wallets.
