Not once but twice Marcus has helped us with exchanging our vehicles and I will continue to work with him and refer anyone who’s asks me to him. He is efficient , professional and easy going. He explained everything we needed to know about the vehicles and had all our paperwork done in a timely matter. We appreciate his time and business. Ann helped us with finance and was great as well , again professional and efficient. We love Kendall Toyota.

I started online with Jonathan Dixon. We did nearly the entire deal on his day(s) off. He found the exact vehicle I wanted at another dealership (which was a highly sought after color). Jonathan got the wheels I wanted and had them put on the day I came in to pick up the new truck. The financial department was friendly, not pushy, and had everything ready to go before I got there that day. I would definitely shop with Kendall Toyota of Eugene again.

I Had the pleasure working with Greg Vincent in finding a 2021 RAV4, From the start he was incredibly welcoming and listened to what I was looking for.nHe was so helpful and professional and gave us such a great experience. Also wish I remembered his name, but the man in finance who helped in our last step. He was wonderful! He included my 5 year old in conversation and that made him so happy!
