Cooper Gould provided by far the smoothest transaction I have ever experienced. He was professional as he worked with my for month up to the sale. Even though I ended up going with a Toyota instead of a Lexus, Cooper was able to handle the transaction across two different dealerships (cool!) and make sure I was taken care of. By far the best car buying experience of my life. David Gonzalez was so easy to work with. Super patient and not pushy. He worked with us for two days until we had exactly what we wanted. Bought my RC F at Kendall Lexus. They have done all the service work since I took delivery. Melissa is my service advisor and always keeps me informed on the status of my car. Melissa is always top in customer service. She gets my car done as fast as possible and calls when my car has been washed and ready to go.
