I Went to Kendall Budget Auto to try to get a new vehicle didn’t expect to come out with anything because I don’t have the best credit and didn’t have a lot to put down but thanks to our salesman Tom and manager Jordan we were able to get approved for a loan and get a great new vehicle with low miles at a great price, they even filled the tank up for me before I left! I never felt pressured or anything, they made it a quick and smooth process. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Kendal budget auto sales was fantastic. I had a specific car in mind , with specific payments. I had not so great credit, was upside down on my old car I had and only had 200$ to put down.... I had been told no by soooooo many places, Kendal was my last hope. It took some work but they got it done!! The sales person Brandon was FANTASTIC!!! He went so far beyond and above what is normal for a sales person. Honest , and dealt with a very high strung person with grace !!!! I also had a leak that I hadn’t notice whole test driving , they sent a tow truck down same day , took it to the shop and brought me a rental car!! No questions asked!! I will never send my business anywhere else again. Kendal will have my business for life!!!

Although I am satisfied with the work that was done, and the report on the status of my car's mechanical condition, I am a lot mystified why that report says they rotated my tires when actually did not do so. There was a scuff on the outside of a rear tire when I dropped it off, and the tire was in the same place when I be it up. They noted that my in-cabin air filter should be changed, but they did not stock that part for my dodge journey. Fortunately that change was not difficult and easily done with a filter from O'Reilly's.
