They are always good to deal with. Appointments are easy to get. Last time I needed service, they offered me a loaner car for the day.

Quite possibly the best experience I have ever had with getting my car worked on. Had to get a few jobs done and still have a few to go, but the customer service and speed and quality of work offered on my first visit was enough to make me a loyal customer. Thank you Sheppard!

Luis made sure I was comfortable while waiting for my car navigation to be installed and even brought me out a chair to sit outside. I appreciate the efforts plus a clean car too!! Thank you!

Luis provides excellent customer service. He went out of his, above and beyond what I expected to make sure I was taken care of and that my vehicle was properly fixed. I greatly appreciate the work of the technician/s that diagnosed and repaired my vehicle. A previous dealer that I recently bought the vehicle from simply put a band aid on the issue and missed another serious problem, then sent me on my way only to break down 600 miles later. Please pass on my thanks and gratitude to the service department. Keep up the great work!
