I am completely satisfied with my experience with Sutton RV service. They worked with me over the phone at first to try and solve my problems. I needed to make an appointment because I couldn't resolve the problem. They work with me because I am full time to give me speedy service. They fixed my problems and went the extra mile for me. I will take all of my services to Sutton.nBill

All owners of a travel trailer know there will be issues at some point. Mine have small, but the work has been done quickly and to my satisfaction. The Manager Kelly is amazing to work with and his staff always wants to do the right thing.

Don Rayward, the Service Manager did a fantastic job of getting what I really needed done to my trailer after the Holiday Farm fire. Held my costs down when I was hemorrhaging money I didn’t have trying to deal with the aftermath. Thanks Don

The service department at Sutton RV always performs in professional and prompt manner. I would highly recommend this service department to anyone even if you didn't purchase your unit from them. I tell fellow RVers the same thing.

My jack broke right before my camping trip and Sutton RV saved the day by slipping me in first thing in the morning so we could still go on our trip. THANK YOU!nUpdate... I scheduled an appointment two weeks ahead of time. When I called to confirm a night drop they had no record of my appointment. They said they would squeeze me in. I waited a week to hear about my repair (last time it was 3 days) and they hadn’t started. They promised to start it on Monday. I wait a second week and with no word I checked in again and it still hadn’t been started. (My trailer wouldn’t raise up.) They told me my battery was dead and recharged it. I returned home and 2 hours later tried to raise my top and nothing happened. So this tells me they did not explore all the electrical options. The battery is new. I am super frustrated. They are understaffed and purposely over booking appointments. While the price is fair and the staff is nice, I’m not sure I can endure the inconvenience of coming back again to get a repair that should have already been fixed.
