John & Craig were amazing to work with. They got my Mini back on the road in a flash, professional, thorough, up front and honest. Craig even stayed over an hour so that i could get off work and come pick it up when it was ready on a Friday evening. (Wasn't expecting it to be ready till Monday.) I will be taking all my vehicles to Action Automotive from now on. Thank you to you and all your staff

I have used action automotive for numerous repairs over the past year on my vehicle. Being unfamiliar with cars and new to the area I was very nervous to go to a new business with the fear of someone taking advantage of my lack of knowledge in car repair. Every employer i’ve spoken to has been respectful, friendly, informative and upfront about my vehicles needs. I’ve never felt pressured to agree to get something fixed on my vehicle and they have always worked with my work schedule and budget to the best of their ability. They have even provided me with a ride home in the past.I 100% recommend their services!!

Active Automotive quickly identified the issue and another unknown issue (leaking water pump). They showed us visual proof of the issues. The estimate was fair.They were time efficient with the repairs. We live in Portland, but we feel like we found an honest repair shop while we were in Eugene for a family visit.

Action Automotive went above and beyond when I recently had a car I wanted to buy inspected there. Even before the inspection started they called me to tell me it was not safe and to ask me if I wanted to go ahead with the inspection. I did go ahead with it and they texted me a link to a detailed report. It was well worth the money! I highly recommend them!

The owner was so awesome. I do not want to soil the entire episode that made me change mechanics. But technicians are a huge part of a business. Be sure that they represent the quality and standards of the owner. It was a debacle but I wouldn't have had it handled any better by a thoughtful and apologetic owner. I reccomend really making things clear here. I got charged for absolutely nothing and the problem was never fixed.
