Turkey Run Campground

Love camping at this park. The hiking is amazing. You would not believe you are in Indiana or even the Midwest. Rocky cliffs, deep canyons, ladders to climb, streams to cross and travel along.

Made RV camping reservations online then got here to check in and was charged $9.00 more to park! We only had electric. We could have stayed at a private campground or an RV resort much cheaper than staying in this State Park!nIt is also very crowded with lots of partiers. On the upside the fall leaves were pretty and it's wooded.

Had a great spot close to the playground for the kids. A few trails in the woods near the spot were great for the kids as well. Had issues with the firewood for sale at the campground. It was stored in a shed with inadequate ventilation causing all of the wood to be moldy. Probably best to get wood elsewhere.

Really good ravines to walk in with pretty views. Good trick or treating during Halloween.

Great place to camp! I would have given 5 stars but not enough hot water in shower...
