Rockville Lake Park

Rockville Lake is the only place my family and I will camp at. We've tried other camping spots but none of them are as wonderful as Rockville! The people here are always so happy and pleasant, they keep things as clean as they can, the swimming area is spacious and they have a pier that is super fun to jump off of! My family and I always see so much wild life when we come here, it's always so exciting for our kids. They also have many fishing areas and boat rentals so you can fish on the lake. They don't have a little general store inside the park like other camping areas do, but there are stores conveniently located just outside the park, only about 4-6 minutes away. We are definitely loyal to Rockville lake for a reason! It's a GREAT place to camp, and so beautiful!! I have a few photos, but I always have so much fun that I forget to take them!

Have been camping here for 20 years. This place has gone downhill. Was here in June and now this weekend. Neighbors partying until 4 am. Over 25 people in 2 campsites. Absolutely no security!!!!!! Also has an issue in June. Very rude and foul mouth neighbors. Fighting all night long. Every other word was F$&@. Never again. We just wanted a weekend away for rest and relaxation. Didn’t happen....

Its a nice place to camp. First time there and before I was unpacked my boys were off to find the lake with their fishing poles. I was fine allowing my 9yo and my 6yo walk to the lake. The bath house was nice, hot showers, clean too. I can count on availability with very little notice to get a site. Thats a big us!!

Wifes 1st time camping. These campgrounds are well maintained. Shower, toilets, water, electric. Very cozy and quiet. The dogs first time camping too. It was terrific!

Beautiful and spacious campground. Convenient location.
