Very difficult to work with, poor communication on next steps, had to call to get ANYTHING done, sat on hold for at least 10 minutes for the 9 times I called, and due to their inefficiencies I missed out on a car $3,000 below market value. Would NOT recommend Pen Fed!
We recently learned of PenFed CU when they acquired our credit card account. I am so glad this happened. They offer great servies adn the staff is amazing. I recently recevied a car bying program email from them and was able to secure a 2.4% loan. It's better than anyhing else out there! I am now looking to see what other programs they offer. the staff was so helpful!
