The Headquarters location in Eugene, OR at 10th and Oak is blessed to have Kara as their lead teller. She is the primary reason that I visit the headquarters location for my personal Banking needs. She makes things convenient and thanks me by my name. She has personally handled some errors for me when we had an issue with a delayed debit card. She actually did proactively call me when my card did eventually arrive. It’s people like Kara that keep me happy banking with key bank. Honestly I’m a very particular person when it comes to customer service, since I have a few years of customer service in my own background, so when I say Kara is Key Bank’s best, it means she is maintaining the best image of key bank possible and giving the best experience possible for ordinary clients like myself. Thank you Kara, Sincerely, Lloyd Fisher.
As a long time customer I should feel welcome and appreciated. This branch, unlike the other branches, makes me feel like I have to prove my integrity. I'd use another branch, the distance will be worth your time.
