Hickory Hills Camp Resort

The grounds are beautiful. I see reviews about the employees being rude, but I've never witnessed it. They were always helpful and I never seen them bother anyone. For overnight camping I'd definitely recommend it... Not so much for seasonal. The rules for seasonal campers are the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. I understand having rules to keep the campground clean and safe but some of them are ridiculous. Other than that the place is perfect.

My wife and I are new to the camping scene. I recently retired and we decided to purchase a trailer. We have been checking out many campgrounds and one day we decided to check out Hickory Hills. Once we did this, we were hooked! The area is beautiful, well kept, peaceful! We immediately asked to be put on the waiting list for a seasonal spot. It wasn’t long and we were contacted that we were next on the list. We went back to the campground and found a site we really liked. But our trailer is set up differently than the current trailer that is parked there now. After corresponding with Vickie and many measurements, we were able to reserve this site for next season. Vickie and Connie were very helpful and very flexible regarding getting our trailer to work at that site. We are very excited and look forward to setting up our home away from home at this beautiful park! I’ve already met some of the neighbors and they were very outgoing and helpful!

We are really enjoying being seasonal campers at Hickory Hills. It's only been a couple of weeks, but the staff has made everything very easy. The ladies in the office are super pleasant and are great to work with!

We found the campground to be friendly as well as a great location for adventure. So much so while visiting we also became seasonal residence for the 2021 season. We are very excited to set up and settle in the spring.

Great place to go, stayed in cottage. Got golf cart and ventured out to see the sites within grounds,met some amazing people and made some lifelong friends. We had wonderful weather,fun activities, and great people. I will definately go back.
