They have shut down three locations in the last month an I ride a bike can’t get a cashier to pay my rent Wells Fargo does not care about customer service I’m looking for a new bank been with Wells Fargo for years.
This Wells Fargo location is in the heart of Downtown Eugene. The Parking availability is really good plus they have their own FREE parking under the Bank ! Take elevator to go up ! The Employees are very courteous, friendly and willing to go the extra way to help you with your accounts. I drive the extra miles to this Branch because it is worth it to me to experience the Top Notch Customer Service these Employees willingly give their customers on a consistent basis. They also have ATM Machine in front of Bank on Broadway Street.
WELLS FARGO is the best bank that I have went through. KARYSA STEVENS whom works there is truly the best banker I have ever met. She is kind, compassionate, and full of professional advice. I highly recommend her. I am truly thankful for her services. I look forward to working with her every month. She is even helping my fiance and I get married. I am so excited! Working with her as a banker is the best decision that I ever made in my life. I look forward to becoming a better businessman through this bank. The other bankers there are nice, kind, and genuine as well. DO NOT WAIT. GO GET A BANK ACCOUNT THROUGH THEM. NOW. :)
Karysa is freaking amazing. I went through such a frustrating situation with a brokerage issue that wasn't even related to their branch and she helped me through it every step of the way without any incentive to do so other than being a great person. Thank you so much!!!
