Always super friendly staff and nice people when going to this branch. Great customer service and always helpful whenever I need to have a transaction done on my account. Very happy with this branch!
Tried to open a bank account a couple days ago. Staff was rude and gave me little to no info on what I needed. Came back today to get it started. Staff was rude again to the point were I just left and went down the street. Very happy I dodged that bullet.
TERRIBLE customer service. Super rude. I can never have my questions answered. They never address my concerns. Today specifically I talked with Juanita from card services.
You should be open today like northwest community credit union unbelievable!!
