I've been a member for a week and can't imagine not going. People are wonderful, informative, and helpful for you to reach your goals.

I would give this place negative stars if I could based on my interaction just now with the location manager, Zach White.nnI signed a one year contract with this gym prior to moving out of state and have been getting charged for the last 5 years even though I have emailed and called the location multiple times to try to get it canceled to no avail. When I told Zach that I thought that was a shady business practice and he laughed in my face and said “people that actually work out would be mad” if they cancelled after the contract expiration. Then he told me that we could have “just emailed him and made this so much easier.” When I informed him that I did in fact formally email requesting cancellation (on 7/2/19) he replied with, “oh I guess I missed that”. Uh, what?nnThis practice is clearly violating the Indiana Deceptive Trade Practice Laws.nnZach’s combative, condescending and discriminatory attitude was merely the icing on the cake. His bio on the website(pic attached) says that in high school he was the kid that would “argue with the coach for the whole hour rather than just jog half a mile.” Why does this not surprise me at all? Literally the epitome of what I just experienced.nnZach - time to grow up, buddy. Do better.nnAnytime Fitness - hire better people and I expect that you will be in contact with me to resolve the $4,554+ in fraudulent charges and I will be filing a claim with the BBB.
