This was the best experience I ever had buying a vehicle. Cliff was very helpful and the description of the truck was great. This was also my first experience with purchasing on line. All went well, the truck was everything that Cliff said it was, a gem and has everything I would have ordered. Thank You, it was a joy driving home.

I will absolutely never do business with Ray Skillman ever again. Took my car to Ray Skillman in Martinsville because my power train light came on and I have a warranty. Took them 2 days of waiting for a diagnosis just for them to send it to Townsend Transmission. My warranty only paid for 10 days of a rental, which should be more than enough time for a transmission shop to rebuild a transmission. I heard excuse after excuse as to why it wasn't done. At the end of the 10 days, Ray Skillman told me that if I didn't turn my rental car in, I would be responsible for paying for it from that point forward with no other options offered to me other than just be without a car and wait. At that point they said it wasn't done because of a delay from the warranty company and part availability and it would be done within 2-3 days. That was almost a week ago. I called my warranty and that was not the case, they said it was handled very poorly by the dealer and that was the reason for the delay. I asked for a loaner, and they said they don't have any at all anymore. I asked to speak to the service manager and I was told he wasn't there and was offered no other solution. I have a job. My daughter has appointments she has to go to. I take my daughter to school in the mornings. I need my vehicle, and this is just absolutely unacceptable. I understand that things happen and part delay happens. BUT the fact that this delay is completely out of my control I would expect they provide me something to drive since this is my primary vehicle, and by the time it finally gets fixed (supposedly) i would have been without a car for 10 days with zero solution other than to wait. Every dealer i have ever dealt with has ALWAYS offered a loaner of some sort if I am going to be without a vehicle for an extended period of time. I dropped my car off October 4th, and now i am being told it will not be done until Friday or Saturday maybe. Never again will I do any business with Ray Skillman. This has been the worst dealer experience i have ever had.

Not sure what to think had new clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing,slave cylinder, and master cylinder. Installed. That was 10 weeks ago....came out yesterday to peddle on the floor...they came got car and had it ready in a couple hours said it was air in the system...but no leaks..air after 10 weeks...time will tell i guess. Doesn't make sense to me.

This dealership is top notch! Some of the best and most courteous people I’ve ever met at a dealership. Kenny Beaver is a great salesman and would get a car down to the lot for me to drive same day. I never felt pushed to make a purchase. Ernie Grant, the finance manager, had me in and out in about an hour which is unheard of. Again, never felt pressured to buy any extras and I was well informed on options available to me. Very pleased with the whole process. Thanks for making it appear effortless, Kenny and Ernie. Class act!
