Swimming, canoeing, and fishing all from the shade of the tree's that overhang the water. With all the warm and fuzzy quiet sensibilities of the small town lazy atmosphere, it makes you want to move here and ruin it for everyone
Water was fairly high up for this time of year but still had room to walk downstream a fair distance.
Booss clues spot
I was surprised to see loaner life jackets. We forgot ours and it was a very very very pleasant surprise. They have an automated parking / boat ramp fee machine which makes it convenient
Friendly boat ramp with plenty of rocks for skipping. I like to toss a chair in the river and sip on a cool one while watching the kids play. BYOB.
