Always a great place to camp. Lots of shoreline to explore especially now that the water is down. It's always fun to see all the campers with their Halloween displays this time of year also.
Great place
This place is the best for camping with the family, by yourself, or with a group of friends. All of the gate staff are super nice and helpful. My favorite part of this camp ground is walking around finding new paths that lead to the lake. You never know when you might find your own private beach for the afternoon. I have been get many times and I will return many more.nnP.S. You definitely want to try for a shaded camping spot.
Decent campground, but you can tell the State doesn't care about upkeep.
Have a 40 ft. Toyhauler, site was very easy to get into. Site was nice and very spacious, not stacked on top of each other.
