Aim to Please Plumbing & Electric

We've called upon Aim to Please a couple times in the past two months to help with modifications to a home we purchased. The first call was made following the inspection when we were attempting to align schedules for our realtor, the seller, the electrician and us. Aim to Please came out immediately to diagnose the issue, quote the repair and actually ended up remedying the electrical panel issue on the spot.nnAfter moving in, there were additional changes we wanted to make. We called to schedule another appointment. Alan arrived right on time - as he did the first time - to tackle five different changes we were seeking. He had everything completed quickly, explaining the options and best solutions for each one.nnA few hours after departing, a light switch was failing to operate as intended. I left a message for Aim to Please in the early evening and Alan returned that night to permanently repair the issue.nnI've continually been impressed with their communication and customer service. To return the same day at about 9:30pm says a great deal about the desire for customer satisfaction. Alan even tackled another quick project for us when he was back that evening to update a fluorescent fixture to LED. We hadn't mentioned this project to Alan when was here that morning because the parts were delayed in shipping and arrived that afternoon.nnThe Aim to Please team has always gone out of their way to care for our home like it is their own. They are incredibly respectful by taking off and on their shoes each time they enter and exit. They are courteous to all family members, even engaging our son in conversation. They clean up after themselves and present themselves professionally.nnIt can be a nerve-racking experience having someone work on your home, and we've certainly had our fair share of negative experiences. But Aim to Please will always have our business after exceeding expectations on multiple visits.

I was more than pleased with my experience! Everything was fully explained with my house and electric system. It was a great value, great customer service, and I definitely would recommend!!

They came out to look at a clogged basement drain. Found out they didn't have the correct equipment to snake our main line (apparently we have a unique house!) but he recommended us to another plumber in town that he knew does have the equipment and didn't charge us for coming out. Even though he wasn't able to fix our problem, we will be calling them again for future problems because of how professional he was.

We had an exceptional experience with Aim To Please. Alan came out to fix an electrical issue for us and was so thorough. He explained everything as he was doing it and was so friendly. I enjoyed learning from him and would highly recommend. Great customer service & a job well done.

If you need electric or plumbing, I recommend Aim to Please. We unfortunately have experienced poor service from other service providers in Bloomington, but you can expect and receive quality service from Aim to Please.
