Drive through is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I’ve waited an hour and still am not at the window
Fill husband's medication and had few problems. Such as rude service from two pharmacy techs may be Seth and other older female need to check names but both seem to have bad attitudes everytime I'm there. Wait time can be very long. Reason still go there it's close to my house and one pharmacist and one pharmacy tech are very friendly and helpful will get names
Multiple times I’ve come from the doctors office, waited 30 minutes and they tell me they haven’t started it yet. Then I leave and I get a robot call telling me that they don’t have my medication and it might be in the following day. When I try to call back, I’m out on hold for over 30 minutes. This place needs new management.
This pharmacy is a joke. Went in to pick up a prescription and the pharmacist said that insurance wouldn’t cover the cost, but would not tell me what I could pay out of pocket, and that he would have to fax the doctor for a different prescription that insurance would cover. Went back the next day, dealt with a different pharmacist, who looked at the same prescription and had it filled in an hour with no issues, and fully covered by insurance. Heavy evaluations need to be done on this staff.
