I have had an amazing experience at Bloomington, the guys at Kia were so easy to work with. I actually ordered my car over the phone and they are shipping it to me. They gave me a great deal that I couldn't get anywhere else. They were very clear with the numbers wanted to make sure I knew all of them and with no surprises. The finance/warranty guy was also super nice and not pushy about the extra add-ons I could do. They worked very quickly to get me my car.
Quinn, my Sales Consultant, made buying a new car easy. He was frankly the most pleasant salesperson I have ever had to work with. He was not pushy, and helped me get both the new vehicle I wanted, as well as the best deal for it. I recommend Community Kia of Bloomington and am impressed by their level of service.
I really don't know what to say just be very careful because you never know what they will do to your vehicle!!! I bought my car new from them because I took my daughter's car while she was working. That why I chose them unfortunately the service manager wasn't able to stay. I bought my car because of the wonderful service in 2016 because he's a good man and honest and always kept my car locked. These people now never know exactly how they will treat your vehicle. They kept telling me that my back tires needed to be replaced after I kept getting a flat in one tire. Telling me it's what I get for driving on gravel. I look them in the eye because the only time I am on gravel when I visit my brother. I've only taken my car to my brother's four times all together!! They tell you they rotate my tires and I told them no no you don't. My front tires are great. I took it for a recall and had them change my cabin air filter and asked for it turned out it was hardly used so I really didn't need it replaced but I paid for a new one. They told me that the filled my fluids well they put the wrong antifreeze put green inside of blue. Mine takes blue not green because that tears my car up. I had them change my transmission fluid since I don't have a way of checking it can only hope they did it right. Pick up car looking up they didn't put a sticker on my window for the oil change that I got went back they put a sticker on for me plus the guy didn't program for my next oil change and he did both when I took it back. I thought that was it get ready to head out of town and my car which I didn't have problems with was stranded on the road. I used my card since I have Roadside service under warranty, turned out the tow truck driver didn't give them paperwork so he sent them a copy that I paid for it while the dealership said they would pay it. They got a copy the same time I did standing at the dealership 104.00 out of my pocket. They said it was a belt why didn't they see that when they did a oil change and transmission flush. They knew I had to be in Tennessee to take my son to two Dr appointments which I wasn't able to do. Also I was told also that the dealership takes the tires off and put on different tires because they aren't as good. I had very good service in the beginning and now I know I haven't gotten good service since the young man left. He's the reason why I bought my car in 2016.
I had a great experience at Community Kia. Austin Dixon was enthusiastic and very helpful. I would recommend seeing Austin to any friends that need a car. I love the new Kia Soul with a 6 speed manual transmission that I got. Thanks!
I was a little nervous about taking my Kia in for service. I did not know what service I needed. The service person talked me through the process every step of the way. He explained each recommendation in language that was easy to understand (me being a non mechanic). He was very polite and even walked me to my car! Great experience! I will take my car there for all of my service needs! Thank you so much for making it easy.
