Worked with Adam K on Friday and wanted a tow package so they agreed to install a hitch and it would take about 6 hours. Our daughter worked with him on Monday and picked her car up on Tuesday. My wife went with her and the sales gent did not even recognize her. It is now Wednesday and we went to pick ours up and again the sales gent walked by both of us twice without saying a word. Then to find out our vehicle was still not finished as the tech apparently pulled of for something else. Ours should have been the priority as we had been waiting 5 days. We have previously purchased 2 vehicles from this place and there won't be another. We feel discriminated against as we were put on the back burner. Our daughter indicates that if she would have known how we were treated, she wouldn't have bought hers from here. Not a good way to treat returning customers.
Jason Clark has been great at answering all my questions and concerns. The financing team has been great and easy to work with. They've made the experience stress free and easy.
