Very nice, kind people. The owner Brian is super nice and understanding. However, he charged me $100 for a glow plug light diagnostic that confirmed I needed a new relay, which he replaced for $200 in labor and $93 for the part.nnIt didn't fix the problem. I was charged $400 and sure, I have a new relay, but I'm still stranded if it gets below 50 degrees outside.
Brian is very knowledgeable about all RV systems. We came from out of state just to have some issues diagnosed and repaired properly! Other mechanics couldn't help us. Brian zeroed in on the issues in a timely manner and had them fixed! We will continue to bring our Country Coach to Schack Repair if anything else is needed.
Brian is the most competent knowledgable mechanic you will find. He fixed problems with my coach that even Cummings dealers could not repair properly. Little time with him and I have an older coach that feels like new again.
Brian took great care of us. We were passing through visiting our kids, staying in our RV. We needed some work done and, knowing we were relying on it for our sleeping arrangements, they fit us in and took care of it in one day.nnNice folks, honest feeling. Recommend.
Awesome people and very reasonable and very good at what Brian does.
