Great service, informative, up front and honest staff. They repaired the frame on my 2009 GMC Sierra after it was in a wreck. The damage was such I was skeptical if it could be repaired at all, after it got onto the frame rack they had it completed in just a couple days. Good experience, very reasonable on cost, will use again for sure.
A 100lb bale of hay fell off the back of a tractor-trailer and onto my SUV while we were traveling behind at 50mph.Still drivable, we took our problem to Guaranty Auto Body Shop. They immediately took photos, assessed the damage, and helped us with insurance and loaner car issues. We were kept current with progress; and at pickup time retrieved our good as new SUV, spotlessly clean inside and out. They even included wheel realignment at their state-of-the art machine on site. Their service was truly excellent!
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Darrell and his crew went above and beyond. After hitting a deer on I-5 in our brand new (to us) truck they returned it to us looking better than it looked when we first bought it. I definitely recommend Guaranty!
