Guaranty RV Service Center

I can’t say enough about Guaranty’s service department. We had an incident on our camping trip that resulted in having to file an insurance claim. My toyhauler is not a brand Guaranty sells. I contacted the service department to schedule an appointment to even see if they would work on it. I was placed with Josh Majors as my advisor; he immediately contacted his supervisor, Dave, to ensure they could handle my repair. Dave, head of the service department, was quick to assure me that they could most definitely handle my repair and made me feel as though I was a long time customer. Josh immediately got to work coordinating with my insurance company, I didn’t have to do anything, he took care of me so I could didn’t have to worry about any hoops to jump through. The process was very clear, he explained everything that was going to be done, and gave me his best guess on timeline. I have to say that I’ve been very impressed with the service department as they have kept me informed on a regular basis of the status of the repair; whether it’s updating parts, or when it changes departments (body shop). Josh has taken the lead on making sure we always are in the know, answering any questions we have, and making us feel as though we are a priority. It’s hard to find good customer service anymore, let alone great, but Josh and the Guaranty service team have gone above and beyond our expectations! I’d highly recommend them for any of your trailer needs.

I couldn’t believe how quickly Guaranty was able to repair our roof damage and get us back on the road. Our Service Advisor, Josh Majors, made the process very easy. He was great to work with, flexible, and very good at communicating and keep us informed throughout the process. I highly recommend Josh and Guaranty.

Ryan was great at keeping me informed during my service appointments, very professional and detail-oriented. I had a tow package installed and Ryan did a wonderful job with the demo and showing me how to use it! He always has a smile on his face too!nI can't say enough good things about the service department, they are top notch.

Absolutely the best service experience we've had! Sherry and Devin not only quickly resolved the issue we had made the appointment for, but they also managed to squeeze in a repair on our full wall slide that we had just noticed that morning. As full-timers, time out of the coach is an issue and Guaranty went the extra mile to get everything done quickly. We'd be very happy with this service if we'd bought our coach here. Getting this level of customer service with a coach bought when we lived in the Midwest was amazing. Our Newmar factory rep highly recommend Guaranty and they did not disappoint!

Great place, great service, quality work oh, what more can I say. My service rep, Josh Christian, worked extremely hard to satisfy and fix the problems I had. He was not satisfied until we were satisfied. He treated us like a friend/ family and because of this I will only take my RV trailer to Guaranty for service. Thanks again Josh.
