One of the Best purchasing experiences we have had. The love for Country Coach and the incredible knowledge of Louie, Gary, Jim and Brian gives us the confidence of many enjoyable years to come. It's great to see a business growing in these interesting times and I attribute this to the team at Premier wanting a great Customer experience whether it is a used coach or service/upgrades.

We followed the Service Manager (Jim) to this shop. He is awesome and the techs know their business. They really know higher end coaches and have the facilities to keep full timers like us comfortable.

I highly recommend this place for anything - sales, service, or storage, but our positive experience was mostly in service. We have been to RV repair shops all over the country, but none compared in quality and courtesy to Premier RV. The whole team here that we worked with - Gary, Dave, Chad, Dennis, Brian, Kevin, and others have been kind, courteous, and professional, and the best part is that they all care about quality work and exemplify it every day. They take pride in work well done and listen to what you want, trying to help get the results you need, even in unique custom situations. We are very happy we've found this place for our Class A rig repairs. Especially if you have a Country Coach, they really know their stuff! (So many of this team put these rigs together at the factory.) They have even gone out of their way to help make our experience the best possible. Thank you, Premier RV team, for a real quality experience and for making such a difference in our lives as coach owners. You rock!

Five Stars:n1. Customer Service. It goes beyond the sale. From the receptionist to the owner and everyone in-between, Premier genuinely cares about their customers satisfaction. One small example was the installation of a new water pump on a 2008 rig that we had taken possession of. All because I wanted more water pressure. No charge to us.n2. Inventory. Because of their stellar reputation previous customers take their rigs to Premier for service, storage and consignment. These rigs get consistant care and feeding. Ours was born under their watchful eye, regularly maintained, and sold to us with pride.n3. Service. We were not local and had numerous questions about the rig. The receptionist even went to the rig to photograph the space under the bed so we could see the storage capabilities. We had a full day of training with Dave. Really, what RV dealer does that! It was obvious he knew our coach from top to bottom. Our questions were answered and concerns remedied without hesitation. After leaving we called the owner, Louie, on Sunday, with a question that he resolved on the spot. It didn't matter if it was about outlets, audio visual, systems, mechanics, or satellites, these people are a wealth of knowledge and had front line experience.n4. Price. We shopped for quite a while and found their prices competitive. Considering the rig was totally serviced down to new wippers before we took possession and we benefited from a full day of training, it was a true bargain.n5. Country Coach. Their love and commitment to this motorcoach is obvious, as is their commitment to their customers.
