Well organized facility. The techs that work on your RV used to work in the factory building Winnebagos. They are highly knowledgeable. They really believe in customer service and satisfaction.
Great service. They were very good in fixing all my problem. Rep. Was super great. He explained everything to me with no sales talk. I traveled many miles to get there and it was the best decision I have made in a long time

Most Winnebago dealerships in the Portland area are not very responsive. This Service Center on the other hand is provided exactly the type of responsiveness I dream of. When the infotainment center in my 2018 Navion died these folks were able to get me in on a timely basis. John, the shop foreman is very responsive and great to work with. My technician was Bryan and he was personable, responsive and knowledgeable. Repairs were completed in less than one week after an initial estimate of 3 weeks. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone who needs service on their Winnebago. I will gladly travel the 100 miles from my home to this location for this quality of service.
As always the service was excellent and the staff was pleasant and professional. This is the only place that we will take our motorhome for service.nSo refreshing after many years of poor service and shoddy work at numerous rv dealerships.
