We had a great experience with our sales rep chris. He said the right things and got us in and taken care with our crazy schedule and 2 young kids. I will say i was a little disappointed that there was no communication after we were dropped off at service area to go over everything on the trailer. My opinion is that it would have been nice to do a final inspection and walk around after everything else was done.
