The ease of purchase was pretty cool. No pressure to buy extended warranties..but with the ability to purchase that after reviewing. While purchasing this rig in Oregon has it's own challenges Ron made it easy and supplied the value for us to do this. Guaranty put us into their RV park for our first evening. Ron came over the next morning to make sure we were comfortable to begin our trek back to Salt Lake City. All in all we enjoyed our purchase. Finally, I needed help a few technical answers on our way home. Steve was very ready and able to help me quickly and accurately. I would recommend anyone to purchase an RV there
Ron and the entire team did an excellent job from start to finish. Ron listened to what we wanted and needed while not wasting our time. Everything about our Guaranty experience has been excellent, from the quick response to my first email inquiry all the way to driving off the lot with our new 5th wheel. Ron and Clay got us started right, Clay gave us guidance and showed amazing patience as we spent many hours across 3 days choosing our perfect unit, Brandy and the pros in finance walked the deal through, and Lena and Steve in service prepped the unit, made a custom modification, educated us about our unit’s operation and got us on the road. A top quality experience all the way around! It was well worth our time and effort to make the 500 mile trip from home to shop at Guaranty.
