The ease of purchase was pretty cool. No pressure to buy extended warranties..but with the ability to purchase that after reviewing. While purchasing this rig in Oregon has it's own challenges Ron made it easy and supplied the value for us to do this. Guaranty put us into their RV park for our first evening. Ron came over the next morning to make sure we were comfortable to begin our trek back to Salt Lake City. All in all we enjoyed our purchase. Finally, I needed help a few technical answers on our way home. Steve was very ready and able to help me quickly and accurately. I would recommend anyone to purchase an RV there
